Warangal: Digitalisation would bring down the gap between the government policies and common people, Emeritus Professor GV Bhavani Prasad, University College of Commerce and Business Management, Kakatiya University, said, speaking at the national seminar on ‘Digital India: Initiative towards Social Transformation & Empowerment’ organised by the Department of Management, Kakatiya Institute of Technology & Science, Warangal (KITSW). The seminar was sponsored by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), MHRD New Delhi. Digitalisation made life easy, he said, highlighting the importance of Bharat Net, NKN etc., he said. According to HoD, MBA, Dr V Nivedita Reddy, around 60 people attended the seminar where 52 papers were submitted. Rajya Sabha MP Capt V Lakshmikantha Rao, KITSW treasurer P Narayana Reddy and chief coordinator Dr Sunitha Charkarvarty were among others present.
